A FEW PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Directed digital transformation and simulation initiatives supporting the DoD and NASA.

  • Developed and provided support for commercial entity partnerships, collaborations, and integration

  • Led 30+ engineers on multiple projects using immersive training systems, integrating AR/VR, AI/ML, visualization, and real-time simulation with audiences of varying sized (i.e. small to large).

  • Managed technical programs valued over $25M+, ensuring delivery aligned with product and user goals.

  • Developed cloud-based simulation frameworks using Unity, Unreal, OpenGL Mobile Management Devices (MDM), and custom APIs. to support simulation, training, digital twins, rapid prototyping, etc.

  • Developed secure, immersive training, AI supportive, and autonomous training environments used across federal agencies and providing components for additional security privilege's (i.e. NIST 800 -171, Cyber Security SSP, Commerical Collaborator Cyber Evaluations etc).

  • Collaborated with academic partners including Clemson University’s Deep Orange project on virtual vehicle simulation.

  • Managed the designed virtual autonomous vehicles with terrain-driven pathing logic and behavioral modeling.

  • Consulted for tech startups on platform strategy, simulation testing, and visualization UX.

  • Supported ML teams by building 3D environments used to train and validate algorithms.

  • Published and presented research on HMI, simulation ethics, and intelligent systems integration.

  • Delivered enterprise-level modeling and digital twin solutions for defense and commercial clients.

  • Oversaw full lifecycle product development, from concept to deployment, across multi-platform XR systems.

  • Led interdisciplinary teams in adopting Agile and DevSecOps pipelines.

  • Developed systems and systems of systems that have lead to previous employers continued use today, and the development of foundational components for company spin-offs and laboratories (commercial, academia, and federal government).
